Review Summary: Great lay out, great condition, very scenic course. Really enjoyed playing there, and the people working there were great. Fairways and greens were in great shape, with many mature trees along the way. Rate it the best that our group has played in Minnesota.

Best Golf Hole: #13. Design features are incredible. This slightly uphill, 422 yard, par 4 will capture your eye. Huge waste bunkers lurk along entire left side. Three spectacular greenside bunkers frame this long green beautifully.
Speed of Play: 4 ¼ to 4 ½ hours.
Best Change for Birdie: The 8th. This short par 4 of 338 yards is your best chance. Spacious fairway. Might want to try the bump-and-run on the approach.
Make Sure You: Visit the spectacular clubhouse. This dark beauty relaxes you.
The One Shot You Need to Know: Lob wedge. If you miss any of these well protected greens, you'll need it in the worse way.
Best Par 3: #17. 174 yards of beauty and terror. All four tee boxes give you a completely different hole.
Practice Range: Fantastic! Huge! Numerous target flags. Range balls are even stacked in a pyramid for you.
Unless You're A Scratch Player: Don't even consider the Palmer tees.
One Shot You Need To Know: Lob wedge. If you miss any of these well protected greens, you'll need it in the worse way.
Putting Green: Exactly like the greens on the course. Take a little extra time here.
Ammunition Required: If your short game is off … 6. Other wise … 3.
Most Unique Course Feature: Long, whispy, grass surrounds each bunker. It's visually pleasurable until you land in it.
Best Chance For A Bogey: #2. What a way to start your day! This dogleg right par 5 will get your undivided attention. The drive is easy, it's the second shot that will scare you to death. Lay up to avoid disaster. If your short left, you'll need track shoes and a weed-wacker. Hit it to the middle of green and take par.
Don't Even Think About: Going for #2 in two.
Something You Don't See Every Day: Wide, immaculate, fairways.
